In recent years, the entire construction, architecture and urban planning sector has undergone profound changes in the way of managing the works. The introduction of methodologies such as BIM and LEAN, although they are not newcomers because some have more than 45 years in sectors as diverse as the automotive sector, although they are new to our sector.
The day we present will try to show how the sector in general, and the technicians involved in the process as well as the promoters and builders, have implemented the new methods in their daily processes.
The speakers will present to us how the implementation process was in their companies and in third parties, what were the difficulties and obstacles they encountered when implementing the new methods, what benefits are currently being implemented, such as They evaluated the costs and benefits of the transformation.
