2.7. Contracting process (registration and payment on the website):

Under section 23 of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002, of 11 July, contracts signed electronically shall be fully effective provided that consent is given and other requirements for their validity are met.

Access to the contracting process is free.

Registration takes effect when the customer clicks the “Register” button. By following all the stages of the electronic contracting procedure and entering all the requested data together with final express acceptance of the conditions, the end customer accepts the terms and conditions of contracting. As a service provider the COL·LEGI will store the electronic document in which the contract is executed on a durable medium and the user may access such document via the link provided in the confirmation email and print it.

The language used in the contracting procedure and in which the contract will be executed will be Catalan, Spanish or English.

 

The method of payment is credit card

The registration fees on the website will be stated in euro and will include VAT where applicable. Current prices at the time of contracting may be viewed at all times and prior to payment on the website during the contracting procedure and also via the registration confirmation email.

Registration will be effective once confirmation of the purchase by the bank is received. If the purchase process is interrupted for any reason or if the sum paid does not cover the total amount (including handling fees and bank charges), the process will be suspended and the customer notified.
